Incontro 18:45 dalla spiaggetta di Capolungo, posto incantevole che rappresenta uno dei piccoli borghi caratteristici Liguri. Dopo un breve briefing di 15’ min per illustrare le tecniche base per potere pagaiare in tutta sicurezza inizieremo la nostra escursione in SUP costeggiando la meravigliosa passeggiata a mare Anita Garibaldi; vedremo piccole calette e punti irraggiungibili a piedi godendone a pieno la bellezza. A seguire ci sarà aperitivo sulla spiaggia con deliziosi stuzzichini.
Meeting at 18:45 at the beach of Capolungo, an enchanting place that represents one of the characteristic Ligurian villages. After a short 15-minute briefing to illustrate the basic techniques to be able to paddle safely, we will begin our SUP excursion along the wonderful Anita Garibaldi seaside promenade; we will see small coves and spots that cannot be reached on foot, fully enjoying their beauty. Afterwards there will be an aperitivo on the beach with appetizers.
